Max Soskind Studio is a one-person web studio, working since 2025, that builds WordPress sites in hand-written code. The difference between that and a page builder shows up after launch rather than during it: a builder ships every page as nested markup it generated for the general case, while a hand-written template ships only what that page needs. Sites built from scratch here sit beside two existing platforms under ongoing support. Schema, Core Web Vitals and the structure AI answer engines read are put in place before launch instead of being retrofitted afterwards, and the whole of it stays with one person from the first call to the monthly report.
How a Build Runs
A typical build takes one to four weeks from the first call, running in five clear stages. We work on a month-to-month basis with no lock-in, meaning you keep what we build at every stage.

Hand-written PHP, SCSS and JavaScript on a theme made for this site alone. No page builder, and no bundled plugin stack you did not ask for. Every editable area becomes a labelled field, so changing a headline never means touching layout.
