These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of maxsoskind.org (the “Site”) and the related informational and consultation services provided by ismaxgrowth (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We may update the Terms; the version on this page at the time of your visit applies.

2. Description of services

The Site provides marketing, growth-strategy, technical-SEO, and software-engineering information, plus a request mechanism for a free site audit. Any paid client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — these Terms do not in themselves create a service relationship.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to scrape, mirror, or attempt to disrupt the Site.
You agree not to use the Site to send unsolicited communications or attempt unauthorized access.
You will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, code, design, images, logos, audits we publish — is the intellectual property of ismaxgrowth or its licensors and is protected by copyright and applicable IP laws. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link back, but you may not reproduce material content without our written permission.

5. Submissions and feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback (“Submissions”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without obligation. We will not treat Submissions as confidential.

6. Free audit

The free site audit is delivered “as-is” and is informational. It is not engineering work product, not a guarantee of results, and not a substitute for a professional engagement. We may decline to deliver an audit at our discretion.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and any audits delivered through it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ismaxgrowth and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any audits, even if we were advised of the possibility.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify ismaxgrowth from any claim arising out of your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Confidentiality

For paid engagements, mutual confidentiality terms are set in the engagement agreement. For Site interactions, we treat your contact information per our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or related to these Terms.
