E-Commerce Site Development That Converts From Day One
If you want an online store that loads fast, converts browsers into buyers, and gets found by Google and AI, that is exactly what we build. We hand-code your WooCommerce store to your brand, with a sub-1.5s load target, full product schema, and a checkout designed to reduce drop-off. You own it fully, with no per-sale platform fees. Most builds ship in 4 to 12 weeks.
A template store can look fine in a demo. The difference shows up in speed, conversion, and whether search engines and AI actually understand your products. That is where a custom build pays for itself.
How E-Commerce Development works
A structured path from strategy to first sale. Fixed scope, fixed timeline — you know exactly what happens at every stage.
-
01
E-Commerce Strategy & UX
Audience research, competitor analysis, customer journey mapping, and catalog architecture optimised for search engines and conversion — before any design begins.
-
02
Conversion-First Design
A complete Figma design system for category, product, and checkout pages. Friction is removed at the wireframe stage — you sign off before a line of code is written.
-
03
Engineering & Performance
Hand-coded WooCommerce build with semantic markup, full Schema implementation, and a strict performance budget. No page builders — every byte is intentional.
-
04
Payment Testing & Launch
Payment gateway and inventory system integrations, end-to-end QA, recorded CMS training videos, and complete ownership transfer. You launch with everything you need to operate independently.

- Built to your brand, no page-builder fingerprint
- Full Product, Review, and Offer schema, validated
- Checkout tuned to reduce drop-off at every step
- Structured so ChatGPT and AI Overviews can cite you
Who This Service Is Not Right For
A custom store is an investment, so it is not right for everyone. It is less suited if:
You need a store live in two weeks. A proper e-commerce site development engagement runs four to twelve weeks depending on catalog size and integration complexity. If you need something live tomorrow, a hosted template on Shopify is the honest answer for now.
You want to stay on your current page builder. We do not build on Elementor, Divi, or similar tools. If you have an existing store on one of these and want to stay on it, we are not the right fit. If you want to migrate off it to a faster, cleaner codebase, we are.
You have a catalog of thousands of SKUs but a $500 budget. Projects start at $2K and go up based on scope. Large catalogs with complex variations, bundles, and integrations sit at the higher end. We are not competing on price with offshore template shops.
You do not have product photography or copy ready. We build the store. We do not source or create product content. If your catalog is not ready, the development timeline cannot hold.
Frequently Asked Questions
What platform do you build on?
WooCommerce on WordPress, with a hand-coded custom theme. We chose WooCommerce because it gives full ownership of the codebase, no per-transaction fees, and maximum flexibility for integrations. If your situation calls for a different stack, we will tell you directly.
Do we own the code after launch?
Yes, completely. Every file, every credential, every design asset transfers to you at handoff. No ongoing license, no dependency on our infrastructure, no lock-in.
What does the Schema coverage actually include?
We implement Product, Offer, Review, Organization, and BreadcrumbList JSON-LD at minimum. Every type is validated against Google’s Rich Results Test before launch. This is what makes your products eligible for rich search results and AI citation.
Can you migrate our existing store?
Yes. We handle WooCommerce-to-WooCommerce migrations and migrations from Shopify or other platforms. The migration scope is assessed in the strategy phase and included in the fixed-scope proposal.
What payment gateways do you support?
We integrate with any gateway that has a WooCommerce plugin or API. Common integrations include Stripe, PayPal, Tranzila, and Cardcom for the Israeli market. If you have a specific gateway in mind, confirm it in the initial call.
What happens after launch?
The handoff includes recorded CMS training videos, full technical documentation, and a post-launch QA check. If you want ongoing SEO and organic growth work, that is handled through the Grow retainer. If you need GEO optimization after launch, the GEO service covers that separately.
